About Thurrock Tuition Centre:

Thurrock Tuition Centre is situated in the heart of Grays, adjacent to the High Street with ample car parking facilities located nearby. The first floor accommodation provides a wealth of educational resources including four teaching rooms which are comfortable and contemporary and each equipped with individual work stations and computers to help our students with their learning. We also offer online tuition via Zoom.

The Centre which opened in September 2006, is jointly owned by Shola Alabi and Rachel Osinaike. Both are UK trained, fully qualified, DBS checked teachers. They have taught for several years in schools around London and in the local area and have since been providing tutorial support to children who need help with their school and homework. 

We have been providing a high standard of professional tutoring for the last 14 years and have seen excellent results from our pupils in SATs, GCSEs, 11+ and private school common entrance exams, as well as success academically in Maths, English and in Science.

We are passionate to see children gain confidence in themselves and come to a point where they are enthused about their learning.

Having worked with children over the years, we understand that children will succeed if they feel safe and valued, therefore our newly refurbished centre creates a positive, relaxed and professional learning environment where children of all ages feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable to learn.
